SHIPPING – RETURNS OF GOODS
1. Delivery of goods
Delivery times:
Italy: 2-6 working days
European Union: 7-15 working days
Seller's Commitment: SarMat Swimwear undertakes to respect the expected delivery times, indicated at the time of shipment. In the event of extraordinary delays, the Seller will give written notice to the buyer.
Product unavailability: If the ordered product is not available, the Seller will give written notice to the buyer and will refund the sums already paid.
Damage to the goods: In case of damage to the goods, the buyer is invited to refuse the delivery or to accept it "with reservation".

2. Shipping costs, duties and taxes
Prices: Product prices include standard packaging costs and any indirect taxes.
Shipping: The standard shipping cost in Italy is €3.50.
Additional shipping costs: Shipping costs for abroad will be indicated when placing the order.
Customs Duties and Taxes: The buyer is responsible for any customs duties and taxes charged in the destination country.

3. Right of withdrawal/Return of goods and how to do it
Deadline: The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract/return the goods within 15 days from the date of delivery of the product.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal: Send an email to ordinisarmat@gmail.com specifying:

The desire to make the return itself
The order number
The product(s) to be returned (specify which items are being returned including size, color, and quantity)
The address for the return collection – if it is the same as the delivery address, please specify it clearly.

  • Free return: Returns are free and are always carried out with GLS Italia.
  • Return control: SarMat will check the integrity of the returned product and the presence of all accessories.
  • Refund: The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the return, with the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • Exclusions from the right of withdrawal: Damaged, incomplete or products without original packaging are excluded from the right of withdrawal.**
*As soon as the item reaches our headquarters it will be checked to assess the presence of damage (for example signs of wear, abrasion, scratches, deformations, necklines, etc.), the presence of all their elements and accessories (including labels, laces and any other attached elements), and the original packaging and wrapping.

** If the returned goods are damaged (for example with signs of wear, abrasion, scratches, deformations, necklines, etc.), not complete with all their elements and accessories (including labels, laces and any other attached elements), the original packaging, SarMat swimwear reserves the right not to proceed with the refund. SarMat swimwear will in fact be forced to refuse returns communicated or sent back late, or returns of products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.

4. Refund Methods
In the event of withdrawal, SarMat will refund the payments received within 14 (fourteen) days from the moment it is informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract, without prejudice to the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods are received and subject to verification of the same. These refunds will be made using the same means of payment used at the time of purchase by the consumer (example: PayPal or Credit Card), unless the consumer wishes to receive a promotional code for the refund amount to be used within 15 days.
